What is the methodology used to overcome a problem or suffering in Sanatana Dharma?

Answer from AVS:

The problem-solving methods in Sanatana Dharma share striking similarities with modern management principles. Remarkably, these were taught by our ancient Acharyas thousands of years ago.

  1. Understand the problem clearly (Samasya Parishodhana - Problem analysis,  Vicharana - reflection, Sameeksha - review, Vimarshah - critical examination)
  2. Identify the external or internal causes of the problem (Anusandhanam, Anweekshanam)
  3.  Formulate a comprehensive plan to resolve the problem and its causes (Upaya Vicharanam - Solution analysis, Upaya Samadhanam - strategic resolution, Samasya Nivaranam - problem-solving)
  4. Execute the plan with efficiency and discipline (Karya Siddhi / Nishpadanam, Vyavasthanam, Pravarthanam, Sampalanam).
